	American Limousine Service Agreement
	Rental of Limousines is with full acknowledgement and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

	American Limousines require a major credit card to process on-line reservations.

	All on-line reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please contact our office 
	on (09) 270 8000.

	Airport pickups: Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights.

	Charges for every 15 minutes of delay is $120.00.  A surcharge from $120.00 will be applied to any trips outside CBD area. 
	Charges for every additional 15 minutes that the hire runs over /in addition to the booked original period is $120.00, and will require 
	agreed terms of payment by the driver to continue the service.

	Alcohol will Not be consumed by any passengers under the age of 18. If this is found, the hireage of our services will be 
	terminated immediately and no refund will be given. American Limousines, by law, is not permitted to provide any alcohol 
	beverages to our clients, even those of legal age.

	Smoking of any substance will not be permitted in any of our Limousines.

	Clients and renter is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipments of the vehicle. This is
	including but not limited to: gum, any liquid spillage including drinks, vomiting, breakage of lights, televisions, vcr, radio, 
	cd/dvd player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $250.00. All passengers agree to behave in 
	an orderly and well-behaved manner. American Limousines reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or 
	terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early 
	termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

	While we are happy to let you bring personal items such as cdís, and other various items we do not take any responsibility for 
	items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

	American Limousines shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, 
	breakdown, incorrect pick up and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control.

	In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full 
	force and effect.

	If the limousine rental is to be a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal 
	guardian over the age of (18).

	All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking.
	Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is 
	nonrefundable. The balance is due a 14 days before the booked date.

	REFUND POLICY
	If you have reserved the limousine, with a minimum deposit of 50% of the price quoted, please keep in mind that your deposit 
	is NON-REFUNDABLE, but it is transferable to another date. If you need to change the date of your booking, it must be 
	within one year of the date that you originally booked the Limousine for.

	If you paid for your booking in full and up front, than only the amount MINUS your deposit amount will be refunded.

	PAYMENT POLICY
	American Limousines welcome several forms of payment.

	PERSONAL CHEQUES
	All personal cheques must be received at a minimum of 14 WORKING days prior to your booking. If we receive it less than 14 
	WORKING days, before the booked date, we will contact you to advise that we need another form of payment and your cheque
	will be returned to you.

	CREDIT CARDS
	This is a more convenient way to pay for your deposits and balances, as this transaction may be done over the phone. You may
	also use this option when paying less than 14 WORKING days before your booking. We accept VISA, or MASTERCARD.

	DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE BANK
	All Direct Deposits must be received at a minimum of 14 WORKING days prior to your booking.

	CASH
	Cash will be accepted as a deposit or to pay a balance. If you are paying your deposit with cash, you must make an appointment 
	to bring it into our office and your Limousine will be booked on site.  If you are paying your balance in cash, you may provide
	payment by visiting our office anytime before your booking (by appointment).

	American Limousines reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the colour of the vehicle at its own discretion.

	I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
	I declare that I am over the age of (18) eighteen and I sign with full agreement and understanding of the terms and conditions 
	described above. I accept full responsibility for other persons in my party.
